Where I go from here?

- Are we headed in the right direction?
- How so I know if we are?
- What do I do if we aren't?
- Is there something I can do now? if so, what?
If you see high CAC and low conversions?
- Knowing what to measure is the first step.
- The second step is using what you know to make a plan.
- Then lastly, take action on that plan.
If you struggle to make a plan, thats where the team comes in. Either hire someone to come in full time to guide the GTM part of the ship, or bring in a consultant who has done it before that get things back on track.
